This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you visit our website, use our admin dashboards, or scan tableside QR codes.

2. Data We Collect

A. Restaurant Merchant Partners

To register and run a digital menu storefront, we collect:

  • Account Details: Business name, owner name, email address, phone number.
  • Billing Info: GSTIN (for Indian tax invoices), billing address, and transaction histories.
  • Menu Assets: Food titles, descriptions, prices, and photo inputs.

B. Diners (Dine-in Customers)

We respect diner anonymity. We do **not** collect names or phone numbers simply to view a 3D menu. We only track:

  • Usage Analytics: Page views, menu category clicks, and 3D item engagement events.
  • Device Context: Device type, browser header, IP address (for region rendering), and active session states.
  • Direct Ordering (if enabled by restaurant): Diners placing a tableside order submit their table number and optional cart notes to the kitchen.

  • To provide and maintain the digital menu and tableside ordering systems.
  • To compile aggregate, anonymized restaurant performance reports.
  • To handle transaction processing, billing invoices, and usage limit enforcement.

Diners use cookies to persist their tableside shopping cart state between page refreshes. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but tableside ordering functionality may be impaired.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or diner data. We share aggregate data with trusted processors who help operate our platform:

  • Cloud Hosting: Database storage and reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Messaging Gateways: Transmitting captain alerts and WhatsApp updates.
